Paul has been lover of all things horse racing since selecting the Grand National winner at the age of nine! Having worked for William Hill for 33 years in a variety of different roles; from Saturday Settler to Head of the Data Department, he has a wealth of experience having worked closely with Traders, Odds Compilers, IT and Marketing teams.

Since 2009, Paul has been advising tipsters and professional bettors on horse race betting and markets, whilst continuing his passion for horseracing, having visited all 60 racecourses in the country, and is a professional bettor himself. Paul is also a member of the Horseracing Bettors Forum working with, but independently of, the BHA.



David has over 15 years experience in leadership roles. Most recently he was CEO of OpenBet for eleven years, during his tenure the company experienced tremendous growth ultimately being sold for $337m. Under his leadership OpenBet was established as a global leader securing major customers worldwide based on a unique business culture. Prior to this he established Kana’s European operations a company which was one of the top ten IPOs on NASDAQ in 1999. Prior to leadership roles David enjoyed an outstanding career in sales with Sun Microsystems and Sybase. Expertise includes: IPO preparation, M&A, MBO, managing rapid growth, international expansion, developing an effective culture, as well as a detailed knowledge of the gambling market.


Tim Kennedy

Tim has over 14 years’ experience working at a Senior level in the Gaming Industry. Combining his career long passion for product development and market insight he is focused on market and product innovation.  Having worked in both the operating and supply side of the gaming industry he is uniquely equipped to advise many sectors in the market.
He was responsible for the market entry and delivering of VLT systems for Italy and recently delivered an Omni Channel payment solution for Coral. His expertise includes International Markets, Slot Gaming, Sports Betting and Technology Development.



Rob has over two decades worth of experience in the sports data industry.  In 1996 he was a founder of Atlantis Communications which specialised in performance data for rugby league.  In 2001 Atlantis was acquired by BskyB and became part of Opta.  Rob expanded the rugby business within Opta before becoming Product Director and the Data Collection Director.  During this time he managed the implementation of the ECB County Cricket scoring and Football Data Co (EPL, EFL and SPFL) collection project.  Upon Perform’s purchase of Opta he took on a wider role to include responsibilities for the Runningball product.  In 2016 he left Perform to become and independent consultant in the Sports Data sector chiefly advising governing bodies and startups.



Paul has worked in the field of sports integrity for 15 years, mainly focussing on the provision of advice and guidance to Sports Organizations, Governments, Betting Regulators and Betting Operators on ways of maintaining integrity and deterring corruption in sport and betting markets. As a consequence he has extensive experience of investigating all forms of corruption and rule violations in sport and betting. More specifically he spent 10 years as the Director of Integrity in British Horseracing and as such was responsible for the integrity of major race meetings such as the Derby and Grand National.



In the last few years Dina served as CEO of Juego Online, a Playtech subsidiary, managing Playtech’s B2C operations in Spain. She also has consulted and advised several early stage companies on the requirements for obtaining a remote gaming license both in Europe and the US. Prior to that, Dina lead the acquisition of PokerStrategy by Playtech. Dina has previously spent over 9 years in New york, working in Wall-Street, running the business development of a finance company and later on co-managing a hedge fund, assisting, advising and raising funds for numerous companies world-wide.
