Paul is a specialist in horseracing betting. After tipping the winner of the Grand National aged nine, Paul was always going to be in love with horse racing and has now visited every racecourse in the UK. He joined William Hill as a Saturday settler while still at school and joined them full-time as soon as he left education. After nine years in the shops, he moved to head office, ending up as head of data, working closely with senior people in odds-compiling, trading, marketing and IT. Using this broad knowledge of the betting world he set out on his own ten years ago to become a successful pro-punter. He is also a member of the Horseracing Bettors Forum who looks to ensure fair play between bookmakers and bettors.
