Paul Scotney
Paul Scotney is a specialist in sports integrity. Paul was a senior police officer (Detective Chief Superintendent) specialising in Serious and Organised Crime in London until 2003, whereupon he became Director of Integrity Services for (what is now) the British Horseracing Authority, globally recognised as a leader in delivering sports integrity, for nine years. Since 2013, Paul has provided consultancy services on integrity to sports organisations, governments, regulators and betting operators across a wide range of sports (including soccer, cricket, rugby, tennis, badminton, athletics) and jurisdictions (including in Europe, Asia, Australasia and the Americas). Paul, therefore, has a combined sixteen years investigating corruption in sport, specifically betting-related corruption at a global level and is recognised as a leading expert in his field.
